Region 1 model, built December 2009. Press setup, 1389. Shows Version, other info, and region code. Some earlier software versions might allow changing the code to 0 with the arrow keys. If not there is a workaround. While loading a "wrong region" disc keep pressing the Search button and it should start playing. The remote's disc navigation buttons won't work. A workaround requiring more timing skill is pressing Search and a chapter number just as "Wrong Region" appears on screen. | |||
