Read instructions included in the .zip-file!!! You upgrade your Denon DVD 1910 player at your own risk. When that is said, the file has been tested at two players, and have yet to discver any errors. DENON 1910 Only 1. Connect the DVD-Player to a Display device. 2. Power up the DVD-Player. 3. Using the remote control type in the number 9876, then press the search mode button on the remote control 4. "The tray will open" insert the disk and close the tray. 5. Please wait for the Reading, Erasing & Programming prosess to complete. Note: approx. waiting time = 5 Minutes. 6, "The tray will open" - REMOVE THE DISC. DO NOT CLOSE THE TRAY! 7. Unplug the DVD Player from the mains. DO NOT CLOSE TRAY! 8: Plug the DVD player back in the mains. 9. The update process is now complete. | |||

Tired the hack posted here on my Denon 1910 DVD player. After typing in the number 9876 and pterssing the search mode button on the remote control, I got a window showing F/W Version Up Mode Model No. E59E0UD Version 1.1 I inserted a Region 2 disk and got a "Disk Error" on the same window. Did not work for me. Any ideas why? Devi | |||
