Enabling MP3 and VCD playback on Cambridge Audio DVD79/89 player. 1. Turn the player on 2. Press the Setup button on the remote 3. Move the cursor over the speaker setup menu but don't select it 4. Press 9,2,1,0 on the remote. A menu appears 5. Set the support mode to ON. 6. Press setup 7. Turn the player off then on again. Insert MP3 disc and enjoy. Apparently this also reveals a menu that will disable HDCP on the Video outs as well but I haven't tried this. | |||
