Open tray, enter with the remote: 2,8,1,2 and then press the number of the region you want. i.e. press 2,8,1,2,1 for region 1. the number should appear on screen if done correctly. Not sure how to get all regions unlocked but I did 2,8,1,2,9 and it seems to be working for all. | |||

I just followed these instructions for the goodmans 161divx player which looks very similar: To convert this player to multi-region 1. Power off your DVD player 2. Power on your DVD player 3. Press the Open button on your remote control to open the drive tray 4. Press the 1 button on your remote control 5. Press the 0 button on your remote control 6. Press the 3 button on your remote control 7. Press the 0 button on your remote control 8. Press the 0 button on your remote control for multi-region playback 9. The onscreen display will indicate the currently selected region 10. Power off your DVD player 11. Power on your DVD player this has worked for me. | |||

for the divx version of the 2054, i tried 103000 from another forum, and it did not work. however, i tried the 2,8,1,2,9 as recommended, and it works perfect. | |||
