Hi, as you know AVOX DVD players are the OEM from APEX so almost all the methods for APEX hacks will work on AVOX player. However this TDP-0301 is an irregular model, which I mean, "Press 1,3,6,9 to confirm region and 3,4,9,7,3,4,0" does not work on this model. The hacking method for this model is very simple: 1)turn on the player's power 2)open tray 3)put any DVD-Video disc 4)close tray 5)now player will start loading 6)while 5), press "1" button on the remote controller several times 7)now your player is region free! I confirmed the above hack with Japanese region 2 model and succeeded to play region 3 DVD-Video bought in Korea. | |||
