	Press the OPEN button and keep the tray open Press code 3597 You will now be in a hidden menu system Navigate manu to select Region Code and select Region 9 Press Enter Press Menu to Exit Confirm Region change by pressing ANGLE then DISPLAY (still with tray open) and you will see a long string of letters and numbers ending with R9. (if successful). Power off.

	I just brought the unit from Target store, it uses the same hack as Venturer PVS6271 posted by Grant. Now the unit is Region Free. Many thank Grant.
