This link enables you to download the rom file needed to make your UK Apex AD 1100WB dvd machine vcd compatible. If you click on this link , you will be able to download the vcd upgrade disk. If you need instructions on how to burn it to cd , click this link. Create a CD-R Use the following specifications: 1: ISO9660 2: Mode 1 3: Track at once 3: Close the CD (Finalize the Disc so no further writing is possible) hope this helps people | |||

the above hack works great One down side is that it messes with the remot controle functions and you may have problems playing multi movies with it | |||

Apex AD-1100 region free hack works with the remote. Open the tray Press 3 4 9 7 3 4 then press 0 for rgion free (or which ever number region you need) You will then see a message REGION FREE apear on the screen ALL DONE GO ENJOY! | |||
