	Frequently check http://roninhacks.shacknet.nu ... updates are continually posted and questions are usually answered. Hacks for all AMW and Ronin DVD players are their! Also all info is from a reliable source. Any comments or updates to instructions on their will be greatfully recieved by the site also! ALSO a new serial number engine is soon to be released on their in the next week or two which will give you exact detailed instructions for your specific DVD player. Good luck!

	1. Press SETUP on Remote Control 2. Enter 13798888 (or on some models it can be 13798888) 3. Select VERSION from the menu by pressing ENTER 4. On REGIONAL CODE press RIGHT (>) button 5. Use DOWN button to change REGIONAL CODE to '0' 6. Press ENTER on Remote Control to save or 1 Remove any Disks 2 Press Setup 3 Go to Preference Page 4 Type 1379 (this will bring up the region code) 5 change to 0 and press play to confirm the change. or goto http://roninhacks.shacknet.nu/mod.jsp and get the firmware upgrade which is what I had to do. Then: 1. Go to “SETUP” 2. Press the “>” button 3 times 3. Type in “1379” and a grey box with the current region number should appear 4. Press “↑” or “↓” keys for the desired region setting and press “SETUP” or “play” and it’s ready to play the disk from the selected region.

	Anyone know of a new firmware which improves DVD Audio support? Mine is iffy with regards which discs it will play and it appears many others are too, perhaps all of them.

	Re DVD Audio. DTSmusic are currently investigating AMW license regarding the dvd audio issue. I have same problems with certain DVD audio discs. AMW claim to be using fully licensed chipset which includes full dvd audio support.I hope to get to the bottom of this at some point. May be there will be a firmware fix at some point?

	After extensive testing I have discovered the dvd audio disc playback problem is cured with verion 2.2. To check which version your player has look beneath the serial number sticker on the rear. If it has version 1.8 and you have dvd audio discs that have playback problems, go www.a-mw.co.uk/ and request an exchange player. I did and now I am dvd audio compatible.
