WinFast PVR2000 is a very high quality, low cost PCI card with an MPEG-1 / MPEG-2 encoder, an integrated on-board TV and FM tuner. The unit fits into the PC in a standard PCI card slot. This product consists of PCI card and a software application. The application allows the user to capture full D-1 quality video clips in MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format on the PC.
