1. Switch on the unit with no disc in the player, wait for everything to load up as normal. 2. Press and hold the 'STOP' button on the actual player until 'SM' is shown on the player - this will last for approximately 5 seconds. 3. Press the numbers "8978" on the remote during this time. 4. If you did this correctly you will see the system menu on your screen. 5. Press '5' then select A, B, or C according to the display dialogue 6. Press '0' to return to the main menu - region is now changed 7. Switch the unit off and then back on again Done. As far as I'm aware this only changes the region for Blu Ray discs and not DVD regions. If anyones knows how to change for DVD, would love to hear from you. | |||
