Firmware "BL06" is available from the OEM web site. Not sure what it fixes or improves. I too have seen the power calibration errors but I do not remember what brand/media I was using. I do know they were NOT Dual-Layer media. http://www.liteonit.com/DOWNLOADS/ODD/LH-20A1L/firmware/BL06.zip Comments posted by RamHawk from United States, March 10, 2009. Rated this writer 8 of 10. |

Power calibration errors with Verb DL+R (MID MKM-001-00). Tried twice. Works fine with Verb single layer. Firmware is BL05, WinXP SP2. Odd that there are no f.w. updates from LiteOn for this drive. Comments posted by jeff1948 from United States, December 19, 2007. Rated this writer 2 of 10. |
