| Sorry - I spoke too soon. This drive is still unreliable as a burner in my system (Epox 570sli motherboard). And - it refuses to read or play certain newly released Sony dvd titles including "Stranger Than Fiction" (R1 widescreen). This same title is read ok by my other drive (a Benq 1655). No help has come from Lite-On in spite of complaints about these problems. Stay away from this drive. Stay away from newly released Sony dvd titles. | So far, now that I have it wokring correctly, it is terrific. It has burned anything I've thrown at it with excellent results. Be forewarned, you may have to apply an update in your favorite burning program to properly burn to new drives like this.
