I got one from Ebuyer in the UK for about £20. I have used it for about 2 months and so far it's been great, not a single coaster. Just make sure you use an 80 pin IDE cable. Comments posted by mh2360 from United Kingdom, May 05, 2007. Rated this writer 10 of 10. |

I've got 2 of these in one of my PCs and they both work very well. A friend of mine also has one and she's not so happy, I think she needs to get a Firmware Update, but can't find it. Comments posted by Bob from Australia, April 22, 2007. Rated this writer 9 of 10. |

Did have a problem with this burner,it would`nt share the cable, worked ok as a single drive but not with any dvd rom, finally sorted it by changing it`s position on the IDE cable to the middle connector also swapped the master/slave relationship made the burner the slave, strange I know but now it works brilliantely.
