| I have had this drive for a couple of days and so far I am very impressed. It replaced the older NEC 1300A and one thing I have noticed is that this new drive is very quiet compared, even the draw opens and closes with a stealth like action. As for burning so far has been faultless, although I admit I have only burnt 3 discs. One Verbatim DVD+RW, Premium Grade Media 4X orange media and a CD-R - all have written flawlessly.
