Good for price, very cheap. It works with all the media I have tried. Very fast in ripping. Good for audio cd (I read them also with my old ('80) player). To master DVD is better keep a low speed (8X) with faster media for a good compliance with all players. I use Verbatim, TDK, Traxdata, Datawrite, Bulkpaq and...(yes!)Princo DVD media with good performance. No problem with DL (a little slow).
