Bought = 25
Burned = 3 so far
The first gave me a verification error 2 of 10 files corrupted. The second one stopped after 2 minutes "Failed at 2x". The third one burned OK but when nero was trying to begin the verification it stopped "Cannot mount written CD. Verification failed"
Result => 3 Coasters

Burnt with Lite-On LDW-811S/851S at 2x using firmware HSOJ.

Tested on 15+ standalone DVD players PS2's and XBoX's and pc's DVD reader and it works fine for movies and data. It works fine for games too on consoles.
