AirStar 2 TV is digital DVB-T receiver for reception of terrestrial TV programmes

As of now, the reception of digital terrestrial television (DVB-T) via your PC is no longer a problem! The TechniSat Air Star 2 TV is a PCI card that provides a fully specified DVB-T receiver for your PC - and more: in addition, this PC card provides video text as well as an EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) as well as the option of a PVR function, allowing you to record and store DVB-T programmes on your computer's hard drive.

At the time of writing, reception of DVB-T signals is available only in small parts of Germany, mainly in the Berlin-Brandenburg area. However, more regions are due to be added shortly.

To see in which german areas digital terrestrial TV (DVB-T) reception is already possible, or is planned for the near future, go to www.dvb-t-portal.de [only in German]
