Description (from the manufacturer site) | |||||||||
Transform your notebook into a mobile video editing studio
The Cameo 400 AV mobile lets you turn your notebook into a mobile studio for digitizing and editing your videos. Simply connect a video source such as a video recorder, DVD player, camcorder or sat receiver to your notebook via the PCMCIA interface. The Cameo 400 AV mobile directly converts video signals to MPEG 1/2 format, delivering high quality even at low bit rates. This does not result in undue CPU loads, as the MPEG compression is performed by the PCMCIA card itself. PCMCIA (Type 2 PC card bus) hardware MPEG 1/2 encoder solution NTSC and PAL compatible Panasonic MN85572 MPEG2 chip Bit rate (data volume) 2 Mbps to 8 Mbps CBR/VBR Composite video input/S video input/stereo audio input |
