Launch VCDCutter and read below how to cut or join.

To Cut the video:

Open the vide you want to cut.

1. Drag the bar where you want clip to start.Click on "Mark In".

2. Drag the bar where you want the clip to end. Click "Mark Out".

3. Click on "Add to Clip List".

4. And now generate your Clip by clicking on "Make Clips".

Done.

To Join videos :

Open all your movies/clips by selecting them all when opening them(press ctrl or shift to select multipel files).
Then click on the right mousebuttom in the Playlist and select "Join Clips In Play List".
Done.
