audio sync cooledit tmpgenc dvd author

Right Guyz
One last try before I retire
1-Icapture my video - pinnacle pal
2-I edit my audio - Cool EDit Pro
3-I collate the result in Tmpgenc DVD author and encode

Always the audio ends up longer in time than the video
the video in dvd author says 30 mins - so i make the audio in cooledit 30 mins

I insert the audio in clip edit in author and on playback the audio is too long
The lip sync is obvioously out
Anyone kno which settings i should adjust to correct it

At what point in the procedure did the sync problem occur? At 1, 2 or 3?

Playing back he resultant VIDEO_TS Folder in Win DVD

Its actually wrong the moment I add the audio and check it in the edit scren and the audio file has come out longr than the vidostream
