To alter the Region settings on this player 1. Press the Open/Close button on your remote control to open the drive tray 2. Press the 8, 4, 2 and 1 buttons on your remote control, in order, one at a time 3. Press the Enter button on your remote control until the hidden menu appears 4. Select 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2, and so on, or All for multi-region 5. Press the Open/Close button on your remote control To alter the Macrovision settings on this player 1. OPEN DISCTRAY ENTER NUMBERS 8 4 2 1 THEN PRESS SELECT U WILL THEN SEE A HIDDEN MENU ON YOUR TV SCREEN, IT WILL SAY "REGION" THEN THERE WILL BE A BOX WITH A NUMBER IN IT. FOR MULTI REGION PRESS SELECT UNTILL U SEE THE NUMBER 9. THEN CLOSE THE DISCTRAY SWITCH OFF THE DVD PLAYER THEN TURN IT BACK ON. NOW U HAVE A MULTI REGION DVD PLAYER. AND IT WORKS. | |||
